Darren has been the management and marketing centerpiece of many creative endeavors. Most recently Darren is a co-founder of Alpha, a go-to emporium for guys. Previously, Darren was a partner in Mhope, a high-end women's fashion line which has retailed at the likes of Fred Segal, Saks Fifth Avenue, Takashimaya, and American Rag amongst others. Before founding Mhope, Darren was in charge of operations at style365.com, a high end fashion and lifestyle web site. Darren was involved in all aspects of discovering, editing, and formatting the most stylish web sites for inclusion in style365's "gold pages" Yahoo-like directory.

At only 27, Darren produced, sold, and marketed the independent film, ALL OF IT, which starred Lesley Ann Warren and was seen on Lifetime Television in the United States. Before producing independently, Darren was an executive at a DreamWorks based film production company. Darren went to USC's Peter Stark Motion Picture Producing MFA program and Boston University's College of Communication.

Darren currently serves on two Board of Directors: The Coalition of Los Angeles Designers and The Hollywood Hills West Neighborhood Council. As President of CLAD, Darren has been responsible for scouting out the newest LA design talent, producing fashion shows and PR events for the group, and furthering its mission to share resources and heighten the awareness of LA based Design. Darren is a founder of the HHWNC and now its Vice President, where he organizes community based government for a population of 40,000 stakeholders.

Darren has recently been featured in Vanity Fair, DNR, Angeleno, Distinction, and the Hollywood Reporter, and was honored by the Central City Association as a "Mover and Shaker" under 35 in Los Angeles and featured in Women's Wear Daily as one of the five "players" in the LA fashion scene.

Christos brings nearly 20 years of consumer product and retail experience to Alpha. Upon graduating from the University of Michigan School of Undergraduate Business, Christos was employed in the highly selective brand management program at the Clorox Company. After 3 years in brand management, he was accepted to the Harvard Business MBA program, but decided to follow his long-term dream of working for the Walt Disney Company.

During his five-year tenure at Disney, he rose to become the head of marketing for the Disney Stores in Europe at the age of 29. He left Disney and accepted the Vice President of Marketing slot for the Virgin Megastore chain in the US. Christos led the marketing efforts during the chain's expansion from 2-22 locations. At Virgin, he was promoted to Executive Vice President and was responsible for a $50 million buying budget and a staff of 100.

While at Virgin, Christos conceptualized and provided seed money for a unique retail concept which resales very high end clothing from high profile individuals. The store, Decades Two, has been a runaway success. Sales have quintupled in 5 years to almost $1.5 million, and has recently been the section two lead story in the Wall Street Journal. Christos joined the venture full-time three years ago.

Christos was recently featured as one of the most 15 fashionable men in the world by Japanese Vogue and has been seen in the pages of Vanity Fair, Los Angeles Magazine, Glamour, DNR, Angeleno, and Vogue as well as on the Home and Garden Network show, Landscaper's Challenge.
