We thought it was time for another Alpha employee to take a turn at the blog. Most of you can probably relate to Helena's story:

I CANT SLEEP is a new book we have in @ALPHA. That is the title, but it is also the truth. So, what do I do in the middle of the night? This is the deal. I do not blog, I am not on facebook, I do not twitter. I do not have a computer life. I have a life. I still write thank you notes and send invitations If you come into ALPHA then you know me I¹m Helena and I do talk a blue streak.

Why am I writing this blog you might ask? I have a million things I have decided to worry about now, in the middle of the night. What didn¹t I do today what should I have done. Should I get up and do them? What are they? On and on my mind goes spiraling into being awake.

Darren brought in the journal I CAN¹T SLEEP from Knock Knock , which has wonderful quotes that helps you to stop worrying in the middle of the night. It passes the time when you can¹t sleep in a creative way. I find if I¹m writing about why I¹m still up, I start to get tired.

Well I can¹t sleep so it is 3:30 in the morning and this is what I decided to do. Write in the journal and now write about it.
