Our guy Chris got such a great response to his Coachella blog, we thought it had been way too long since we let him loose on the blogosphere. Here is his take on some easy fall trends:

Fall is here, and we shouldn’t have to conform right away like all these stores make us do at the beginning of the season. I like to start fall trends at a good pace, so by November I’m in full go mode. That’s the cool thing about LA , we can go without socks, cut off shorts, short sleeve button ups w/ tanks for just a little bit longer and be able to skate and surf all day. When I step into my closet I hear my fall clothes begging to finally be unfolded, our sweaters dying to be layered and boots to be scuffed. When I fall into new trends I always try and boost my look. I always feel super confident and know I look good, which lets me be very outgoing. It also opens doors, I meet new people everywhere as a result of compliments on my gear.

What I would recommend to all you guys & girls is to step it up. Boost your look and essentially feel good, feel great, feel better about yourself. Long term results are as follows, better sex life, confidence and swagger. Some stuff you can do to feel and look better this fall are:

1. Grooming

. Take care of your body and skin, A good groomed dude washes his face and combs his hair. Uses lotion & isnt afraid of masks. I also use a light fragrance, The Aqua Di Go was so last year. A few great masculine scents are available at Alpha, Gendarme and Havana De Boticario.

2. Clothes.

Slowly change it up, step outside your normal comfort zone. Get a little slimmer jean than you normally would, trust me it makes all the difference. This fall I’m trying to add some color to my wardrobe since I’m a strictly dark colors kinda guy. Add some color to your outfit make it pop, use of scarves, gloves, socks to tie in your look.

This season I’m a boot/sneaker fanatic as much of us all are this time of year. A good pair of boots can make a guy look really rugged and sophisticated. Also this season I have gone off the deep end with shoes, I stocked up on a bunch of Radii, and Gourmet kicks. A pair of clean high tops are a fresh way to tie up your fit. My style is very clean and classic, I love that effortless look & I think most guys can pull it off well if they are working with the right items.

3. Haircut.

Once again I would step outside the cookie cutter crew cut, and go for a bold hair cut like a Fauhawk, Fade comb over or messy spikes . Nothing can be more unattractive on a guy than over grown unkempt hair #truth. While you fall into your new trends this season remember to push it a little farther, get your hair done, stock up on blazers , sweaters, knits, and button ups. Work out, eat healthy & see the results. Take care of your face, it’s the ultimate money maker- wash it, scrub it, mask it, moisturize it.

With the New Year rapidly approaching I’ve started doing all these things and already feel so great, This coming year will be how I choose it, I’ll feel amazing and take it by storm. I am mold a new strong look for the coming new year, and this fall is the perfect time to do that.
