Return Policies
We will accept returns and exchanges on items that are in
their original condition only. Items must not have been worn,
altered or washed, with the price tags intact. All consumer
electronic items must be in their original packaging.
We are not able to accept returns
on bathing suits, jewelry, undergarments, beauty/apothecary
products, music, video, and books.
Returns
and exchanges on all full priced merchandise must be returned
by mail with in 10 days of receipt.
There
are no returns or exchanges on sale merchandise. Before sending
out your return/exchange package, please contact us by phone
or email – Monday to Friday (except
holidays) 10AM – 6PM PST. We will give you a Return Authorization
number (RA#) to fill-in on the form and return with
package.
Indicate
the form the reason for your return so we can serve you better
in the future.
You
will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds
are processed.
We
will not be able to process your return or exchange until your
original order is back to us. In case merchandise is not available
for exchange, you will be reimbursed.
We
will refund the credit card you used for the original purchase
in the amount of the purchase price, excluding shipping cost.
Shipping costs will only be refunded when
the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
If
merchandise is damaged on the way, please contact us by phone
or email before sending it back to us.
We
have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does
not meet our return policy requirements.
If you have any question regarding return/exchange, please phone
or email us Monday Friday (except holidays) between
11AM – 6 PM PST.
We
recommend you to send the package back to us via traceable carrier
and to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending
back to us.
All
return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Items purchased online may be exchanged or returned in the store,
but must be accompanied by the packing receipt.
We
are not responsible for missing packages.
