Ordering Online
After you are finished shopping, click either the “Shopping
Bag” or “Checkout” buttons located throughout
the site. Please be assured that your personal information
will be secure – we use industry standard SSL encryption.
We try to keep our site as up to date as possible. However,
if an item that you have ordered is not available for purchase,
we will notify you via e-mail or telephone.
Order Processing
We process our online orders Monday through Friday, excluding
holidays. Orders received after 12 pm PST will be processed
the next business day. Please be advised that once an order
is placed, you will be unable to make changes to the order
online.
For overnight service, orders must be submitted Monday-Friday
by 11AM PST
Overnight orders placed on Thursday after 11AM through Friday
11AM EST will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed
on Friday after 11AM PST and over the weekend will arrive on
Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Canada, Alaska
or Hawaii.
Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation
email from us. In general, you will receive your order within
3 - 10 business days.
Payment Methods
We currently accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
Sales Tax
We charge a sales tax of 8.25% to all orders
shipped to a California address. We do not charge sales tax
on orders being shipped to all other locations.

We are happy to place your
order for you over the phone. Please call 1-310-855-0775 during
regular business hours. Business hours are Monday – Friday,
11am – 6pm PST. Please do not leave a message with your
order as we will not be able to process it without a verbal
confirmation.
Gift Wrap
Gift
wrap is available for all online purchases. Gift wrap is an
additional $5 per item and can be added during checkout.
Shipping Policies
When
an order is placed on our site, it is generally shipped the
next business day. Occasionally, we may have a delay in which
case we will contact you. You will receive a shipping confirmation
via e-mail.

RATES FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Up to $50 – $10.00
50.01-100 – $14.00
100.01-250 – $16.00
250.01 And up – $18.00
For overnight service - $30.00 (on normal size and weight
items)
There will be additional charges for oversize or overweight
items.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Please note that we are not able to offer Saturday delivery.
International Shipping
At this time, we are unable to process international
orders from our website. However, if you are interested in placing
